During a project, I communicate primarily through scheduled video calls and email. You will have access to a client dashboard, where all project documentation and communication is shared.

Requirements vary depending on the type of project and your location. If it involves structural changes, extensions or listed buildings then additional advice and approvals will be needed. Speak to your local council and enlist the help of a professional early on.

Unexpected costs, delays and decision fatigue are common. The best way to minimise these is through careful planning, clear communication and making key decisions early. My role is to guide you through the process, anticipate potential issues, resolve them as they arise and help make the experience less overwhelming.
